We advertise our warranty.....Why don't others?

Our warranty is simple. We will repair or replace your refurbished unit(s) for a period of one year from purchase. The only exclusions are power surges or moisture that will ruin the board or abuse.

If you set up your processing with us the equipment is replaced at no charge as long as you keep our processing.

For the warranty to be valid you must follow our return policy.

  • You must obtain a return authorization number (RA#)
  • Original receipt included with the return (confirmation e-mail)
  • Original warranty seal must not be broken
  • Must be returned in original packaging - NO ACCEPTIONS**
  • Call and have us issue a RA#.
**Any items received that are not in original packaging will be returned.

If all of the above conditions above are met, we will repair or replace the terminal. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Shipping to us is your responsibility. We pay the shipping back to you at no cost. The reason we need the original packaging is to verify the serial number and that you purchased the machine from us. We have had too many customers send in equipment that was not purchased from us. The serial number on the packaging and equipment must match - NO ACCEPTIONS.

You may want to consider our premier warranty programs. With Gold Premier you receive an overnight replacement for up to one year. With our Platinum Premier warranty you receive a three year overnight replacement excluding Eclispe terminals. (Two Years on Eclipse) We will fax you a return shipping label so you don't even have to pay shipping to us! You still must follow our warranty return policy.

RETURNS: Return of non-defective equipment will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Any equipment that is returned will be tested, re-packaged and restocked into our inventory at 20% of the purchase price. You will only receive a refund of 80% of the actual purchase price. Returns for credit are not accepted after 30 days. Shipping is not included in any refunds. Returned equipment must not be damaged in any way or no refund will be given. Any damaged equipment will be returned to purchaser. No Exceptions.

We do not warrant suitability for intended purpose, lack of technical knowledge or ability to obtain merchant processing or support from your software vendor. We do not provide any technical support to use equipment with merchant processing or software vendors. This is the responsibility of the processor or software vendor of your own choosing. Make sure your processor or software vendor supports the equipment you are buying before you make your purchase.

All new equipment carries the original manufactures warranty and returns will be credited upon credit received from any third party vendor we do business with if the equipment is shipped directly from our vendor and not out of our stock.
